New prints created for anime expo! I’ve always enjoyed making designs based off of mandalas… but this is the first time I combined it with other things I enjoy :) A really fun project where I hope to expand with other titles.

I’ll be showcasing them at anime expo but you can also buy them on Etsy too!

Hi Steve, we haven't met but I love your commentary on PAPA. I play in the NYC league and have aspirations to be good enough to play in bigger events. I was hoping you might answer a couple of questions. (Feel free to make them into a blog post if you like.) How long did it take you to get to the point you could get to B finals? How about A? Did you just play to get flipper skills, or did you do somethings specific? If you're ever in NYC drop me a line. :) @LucasNelson

Thanks for the questions! You are right, I should make this a blog post on FWB after I think about your questions more. May I link to your twitter on the post?

As a preview, A not-so-secret fact is that although I have made A finals in a number of tournaments and mid-major events, I have not been to PAPA A finals yet.

Because I do better in match play than set-based qualifications, I’ve gotten to Pinburgh A finals.

However, I’ve been but one good game away from making PAPA A finals. The key: Lack of consistency in set-based qualification rounds.

more to come…
